Born 08/23/1988 in Caracas Venezuela, Moved to Miami in 1995. Elevated work ethic in HS & worked my way to Team captain for 3 varsity sports and set 2 school records. Was selected for NJROTC Leadership Academy (less than 1% in state) the placed in charge of running class of first years and teaching Nautical Science along with Standard Setting. Junior`1st year class outperformed class group of 2nd-4th Years at end of Year Assessment. Graduated from Dr. Krop Highschool in 2008.

Work Center Supervisor / Gas Free Engineer / Fire Marshall / QA Craftsman / Search & Rescue Swimmer / Surface Warfare Specialist 
Experience: Managed team of 10 and ensured repairs and readiness management of over 20 separate emergency response systems. Completed 2 force revisions of work center maintenance systems and redeveloped with significant improvement from failing to 92% efficiency rating, the highest in the Pacific Fleet amongst all work centers in the fleet. After this, I was asked to assist other ship work center  supervisors with maintenance system force revisions.  Took charge of lowest performing emergency response locker and team ensuring 100% qualification rate, material readiness and efficiency, transforming a once underperforming team to the commands most dependable first response team. Redeveloped Damage control training program and vastly improved ships qualification and drill efficiency and response readiness for command. Ensured operational response readiness across 6 duty stations. Project Management: complete overhaul of ships ballast control system, firefighting systems, HPAC and CBRD systems in timely efficiency and under budget with zero mishap or casualty. Volunteered for various Community Relations projects.

Assistant Material Officer / Staff Duty Officer / Squadron Search and Rescue 
The position originally billeted for a seasoned E7, my performance earned an exception to fill the role as a Junior E5. As the youngest and most Junior I ensured Operational readiness of 12 MSC Ships. 297 successful casualty repairs, created Onboard Condition Inspection process and again significantly improved fleet performance. Developed Command Fitness Program and ensured a 100% fitness test rate across two cycles and an increase in score command wide.

Southeast Regional Maintenance Center (SERMC) - ( Mayport, Fl. 4th Fleet ) 
Leading Petty Officer / Divisional Manager / QA Assurance Manager / Project Manager. ‍
After two demanding assignments I was awarded full choice for my shore duty. I chose FL to be closer to family. At SERMC I was assigned as Divisional Leader and headed the closure inspection, training and repair teams. Revising and implementing a new inspection and maintenance process along with correlating training systems we were able to achieve a significant increase in proficiency and efficiency. Implemented QA Process, resulting in rework moving to an astounding low. Millions were saved in cost and man hours dramatically reduced.
Took Over the Closure Division in charge of all water tight closures, hatches scuttles, missile hatches, anything that opens and closes. Divisional Efficiency was in the red with majority of jobs going over budget and past schedule. Team qualification was in the red, shop was underqualified and untrained.
Established tool system, developed repair parts ordering system and training junior to take over and manage, Developed and implemented training program and trained junior to conduct and manage.
Established Door MAT ( Material Assessment & Training ) program in which we brought failing ships into operational readiness and included inspecting, scoping and completing QA required Projects, including welding, machining & fabrication, sandblasting and powder coating. Trained teams and crews on new inspection procedures and Implemented training and repair processes fleet wide. All schedules were met and deployment operational readiness was met, before all movements. Left with everyone qualified, Training program in the green, Efficiency in green, Implemented process in place where proven to execute objectives and near self running. Took care of all my guys ensured career growth and advancement and staying late for catch up work on projects became non existent where before it was considered normal before I took control. Completed Service Honorably.

Phase: A Step Out, A Step Forward.
After Honorable discharge as a First Class, Chief Candidate with 2 Navy Achievement medals and numerous OCS (Officer Candidate School) recommendations I decided to separate to pursue success outside of a gov organization. Attended Reinhardt University and Studied Business Management, with recommendations to the MBA Program and the Law Program.

Recruited to be Operations VP for Hunter Mitchell Holdings.
Developed the dev, sales and client services processes. Increased clients from 5 to 30+ with 64 in pipeline and managed dev for 4 major projects. Implemented Google Suite and Jira Suite and was able to accomplish the same objectives of salesforce at a fraction of the cost.

NOV 2019 - June 2022 ( 2 years 8 months )
Recruited as COO of Artrepublic Global where I built the operations infrastructure, and Operations Management System. When I started they were doing 2-3 small to midsize municipal projects, after systems where implement they jumped to large scale projects including deals with Vystar, JWB, The Jessie Dupont Foundation, City of Atlantic Beach, Allan Watts Foundation, Samsung, City of Miami.
Less than 10 projects when I began, left with over 50 Projects in the pipeline. Implemented Google Suite, Workspace and project management processes and systems.
Created custom platform concept , structure, plan, processes and led development of custom platform. Was able to complete a $50k build at a fraction of the cost.
